Can I return a product I bought?
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for an exchange or a full refund minus any shipping charges within 30 days of your purchase.

How much will my shipping cost?
We base shipping amounts off the weight and size and where you are located (orders ship from Pennsylvania). Items are normally shipped via USPS or FedEx within 2 to 5 business days of when the order was placed. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. Transit time within the US can range from 2 to 10 business days.

A 6% sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within the state of Pennsylvania.

Do you ship worldwide? How much does it cost?
Yes. We ship globally with the US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS), depending on the product or location. Please add your item to the cart, and, at the bottom of the page, you will see an estimated shipping charge generator. Shipping options and prices will also become available during the checkout process, before you finalize your order. PLEASE NOTE: THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES, IMPORT DUTIES, OR TAXES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY YOUR COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT. IF FEES ARE NOT PAID AND PACKAGE IS ABANDONED, YOU FORFEIT REFUND OR REPLACEMENT OPTIONS.

Can you combine discount codes or use them on introductory prices or pre-orders?
We’re sorry, but we cannot honor combined discounts. Our checkout system only allows for one discount code to be used per transaction. Thank you for your understanding.

How can I find out the status of my order?
Your order should ship in the lead time stated at the time of purchase. You can check the estimated ship date on the order status page. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our doorstep, which will include a shipment tracking number (if applicable).

Where is my order?
Our current lead times are 2-5 days to process your order and 2-10 days for shipping depending on the destination of the package. Your order should ship within this lead time. However, please note that lead times may change due to demand. We do our best to fulfill orders as soon as possible. If you would like to check the shipping status or other details of your order, please consult our order status page. If you’re uncomfortable with the wait time, please contact us as soon as possible for a full refund. (We will not be able to cancel or issue a refund once your product has shipped.)

The tracking number for my order says it was delivered, but I didn’t receive it?
We recommend shipping to a secure, attended location. Unfortunately in this scenario we cannot assist in recovering your package, but in this situation we've found that the package is almost always being held at your local post office. We recommend getting in touch with your mailman if possible, or paying a visit in person to your post office. In rare circumstances, the package will get returned to us, in which case we can issue a refund or offer redelivery.

Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?
Once an order is submitted through our website, it is usually not possible to make changes to the order. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, which makes these types of changes very difficult. You can always contact us to request a change to your order, and we will try catch it before it ships.

I live in the surrounding area of Pennsylvania. Can I just come by and pick up my purchase and avoid the shipping charge?
We love locals and visitors! Until very recently we weren't able to offer local pick-ups, but we can arrange it on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at shopuvf@valleyforge.edu before placing an order so we can coordinate that for you.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay using PayPal.

What is your privacy policy?

Is my credit card information protected?
Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.
